Dar a luz, to give birth.

About me:  Sometimes it is hard to figure out what exactly to say about myself. I am a mother of two young boys. I became a doula because of my experiences with my labors and births. Birth excites me, and I would love to be part of your family's journey into the first year of parenthood. All families should have a supportive team who respect their childbirthing plan and experience. I believe in trust, respect, and love as being the most important things in any relationship. As a Doula, I am here to not only give that, but also empower, advocate, inform, and support your choices as parents.

I am currently servicing the greater Los Angeles area.

Informative and Compassionate

After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, as your doula I am committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have.

Here for You

Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. As a Doula, I promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer any support needed.

Offering Support

From our initial meeting all the way through your pregnancy and delivery, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. I’m always available to contact by phone/email throughout and will provide everything you require to make sure your experience is as calm and positive as possible.

Intaking your placent has a lot of benefits such as helping prevent postpartum depression. It also helps your hormones to gradually return to normal. It helps the uterus return to normal faster. It also helps with milk production.
